What is MyRinkya
|
MyRinkya is a system designed to help you search on Yahoo Japan Auctions in English. You do not have to be a member of the Rinkya Bidding system to use the basic MyRinkya Service, however, in order to access better features, like watch listing more than 10 auctions, auto-bid, etc., you must be a Rinkya member.
To start, just enter in the term you are looking for and the listings will pop up in English. |

| If you are a registered member, you can save your favorite searches so when you log-in you can access them easily. |

How do I save auction searches? |
| Select the auction categories you would like to save and then click Save Searches. |

| Next time you log-in your account, just click on Saved Auction Searches |
 |

How do I watchlist an auction?
|
| When you click on a search listing, it takes you to a page with all the items in that category. |
 |
| When you see an item you like, click on it and it will take you to that page. |
 |
| You will have 3 options. |

Bid on this Item
If you have a Rinkya Bidding account, you may click this button to bid on this item. |
 |
Watchlist This item
If you would like to save this item for later, just click on Watchlist This Item, and enter in a description. |
 |
| When you log-in to your MyRinkya account, your watchlist will be your default screen. Click on Auction Watchlist on your left menu to view it at anytime. |

What is Auto-Bid and how do I use it? |
With Auto-Bid, you don't have to stay up late to win your auctions. Create an Auto-Bid at the time you wish the system to place your bid.
You may use the Auto-Bid function if you are a MyRinkya Gold member.

How do I manually add an auction URL I found on my own? |
| Many of our customers like to search Yahoo Japan on their own, however, they would like to add the URLs the find into their watchlists. In order to do that, click on the Manually add your own auction to watchlist, fill out the form, and the auction will appear in your watchlist. |

What is Rinkya Stores? |
| Rinkya Stores is a database of Japanese on-line stores you can search from. |
 |
| You can order from these stores through the Rinkya Stores Order Form if you are a Rinkya member. Rinkya helps you order from any Japanese store on-line! |

Will MyRinkya help me find items? |
| If you cannot find items on your own, Rinkya will be happy to help you find items that you can purchase through our bidding system or Rinkya Stores. Please contact us with more information on what you are looking for. |

How can I request a link be added in the database? |
| If the Rinkya database does not have a category on Yahoo Japan you are looking for, or the type of item you are looking for, just request we add a link. |
