How can I tell the difference between a real Rinkya email and a fake one?

A Rinkya mail can be used for spoofing/phishing. This is the act of collecting personal information using a fake email in order to commit identity theft, credit card and Internet fraud.

A Rinkya representative will not address you by "Dear user" or "Dear Rinkya Member"

are NOT valid Rinkya emails.

Furthermore we will NEVER send attachments or password files over email.

If you think you have received a fraudulent email, forward the entire email to spoof@rinkya.com and then delete it from your email account.
