Amano Yoshitaka Cloud Strife on Harley Davidson

Collector Commentary

This Amano Yoshitaka Cloud Strife Harley Davidson figure represents a rare intersection of Final Fantasy VII merchandise, character art direction, and Japanese toy manufacturing—Amano's legendary character designs were foundational to FF7's visual identity. The motorcycle diorama format with original packaging intact is particularly sought after, as most display pieces of this scale from the late 90s–early 2000s era suffer from paint degradation or loose joints after storage. Near-mint condition with original box significantly preserves collectible value, especially for character figures that typically see heavy handling. This licensing collaboration piece exemplifies the pre-digital collector market's willingness to produce niche, artist-approved figures in limited quantities, making reissues unlikely.
