Beautiful Tudor Rose Submariner Ref-7016/0 1969 with Document from Japanese Rolex Vintage Antique

Description

This listing is for the purpose of organizing my collection.
Approximately 20 years ago, I purchased this one-owner piece from Time Tunnel in Tabata, and I have kept it in my collection without using it for daily wear. Thus, I believe it is in quite beautiful condition considering its age.
I am selling it at the original purchase price, so it may be a great deal for prospective buyers. First come, first served.

Model: Tudor Rose Submariner 7016/0
Caliber: Tudor 2483
Case width: About 40mm (not including the crown)
Lug width: 20mm
Serial: NO.845xxx (late 1969)
Strap: Genuine Tudor NATO strap
Maintenance status: Overhauled on January 9, 2026
Accessories: Japanese Rolex documentation (address and name will be obscured with a marker)

I submitted it for overhaul at the Nakatsu Service Center of Japanese Rolex, but was informed via the attached documentation that sourcing parts from Switzerland was difficult. Therefore, this year, I had it overhauled by a certified watch technician, ensuring it can be used comfortably.
Additionally, if it is a counterfeit, Rolex Japan will return the documentation stating it is not their product with missing serial numbers. Thus, you can be assured it is genuine.
Please rest assured—it differs from many common counterfeit or partly aftermarket replicas.

(Product Description)
This is the rare Tudor Rose Submariner 7016/0. Watches up until 1967 featured caliber 390, but this model transitioned to caliber 2483, changing the reference number from 7928 to 7016/0. It was released in the same period as the well-known "Ikasub" 7016/0 from 1968 (the early models have dial variations including Rose, Shield Ikasub, and Shield Normal). The rose dial quickly disappeared afterward, making it a particularly valuable model due to its short production duration. It is highly likely that all parts are original except for the crystal, and the patina on the luminescence is outstanding, adding significant value by itself. For anyone searching for a rare Tudor Rose Submariner, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Please note, I am not a new item retailer, and as I conduct amateur inspections, I may overlook some minor details, so please be aware in advance.

Cancellation after purchase will not be accepted to prevent issues.
Also, please complete the payment within 24 hours.

The item will be packed safely and cushioned with bubble wrap for protection, so you can rest assured.

Collector Commentary

The Tudor Rose Submariner Ref-7016/0 from 1969 is a standout piece in vintage watch collecting, notable for its limited production run and the distinctive rose dial that adds unique character. Released during a pivotal time in Tudor's history, it features the caliber 2483, which marked a shift from earlier models and has become sought after due to the short lifespan of the rose design. The condition of this piece, along with Japanese Rolex documentation, adds significant value within the collector market, reflecting Japan's prestigious reputation for preserving vintage luxury items in optimal condition. Price-wise, the current bid aligns with market expectations for well-documented, rare Tudor models, particularly when sourced directly from Japan.
