Product Description
An analog meter displayed in a fan shape. The hour and minute hands are arranged coaxially with a retrograde mechanism. It features a MIYOTA movement equipped with an in-house module that allows the hour and minute hands to reset instantly, with a second disc in the center and a date display to the right of the center.
To thin the overall watch, the hour and minute hand unit is stored beneath the fan-shaped glass at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is secured to the movement with screws to align the height of the dial and bezel surfaces. (Quoted from the official website)

Collector Commentary
OTSUKA LOTEC is a niche Japanese independent watchmaker known for unconventional complications and restrained production runs; their Model 6 with its fan-shaped retrograde display and bespoke MIYOTA module represents the kind of design-forward, technically ambitious piece that attracts serious Japanese watch collectors who value horological innovation over brand prestige. This lottery-acquisition example—still sealed with all documentation—captures OTSUKA LOTEC's philosophy of blending mechanical craft with modern modularity, a signature that has sustained collector demand in domestic markets. Condition is paramount for brand-new stock like this; sealed boxes and original warranty cards directly impact resale in Japan's collector network, where provenance and lottery-win rarity bolster appeal. The retrograde mechanism and in-house module engineering are hallmarks that justify the ¥850k entry price among collectors tracking independent Japanese horologists.
