We cannot accept cancellations due to discrepancies in size or condition perceptions, or issues with delivery access. Please review images and descriptions, confirm size, delivery paths, and installation locations before bidding, especially in apartments where elevators may not accommodate the item.
・Assembly or installation of the item shall be the buyer's responsibility.
・Vintage and antique furniture may shrink due to temperature and humidity changes during installation or transport.
・Please be aware of the potential for a distinct scent, even with long-used items.
・Because sizes are measured manually, please allow for slight variations.
・If you have concerns, please feel free to reach out.
・The item will be shipped with maintenance oil applied, which may brown fabric upon wiping; this is not dirt.
・If any damage occurs during shipping, please notify within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping insurance is applicable, and we will undertake repair, replacement, or refund if repair/replacement is not feasible.
・Additional shipping fees will apply for multiple purchases.
・Large items such as furniture may take more than three days to ship. Please consult in advance if in a hurry.
・The item is also being sold concurrently at a physical store. If it sells before the end of the auction, we may withdraw the listing regardless of bids.
