• Due to monitor settings, colors and textures may appear differently than in person. • Since items are also sold in-store, there may be damages or stains not shown in photos or descriptions. Please understand this in advance. • As we also sell in-store, products ordered when our store is closed or after 6 pm may be sold out. In such cases, we may cancel your order and notify you the next business day, so please be aware. *The physical store is open year-round

• As we also sell on other sites, items may sell out. Thank you for your understanding.

• If an item is ordered that is in stock in our physical store, delivery may take longer than usual, so please understand.

• If an item is temporarily out of stock, it may take around 2 weeks to deliver, so please be aware in advance.

• Warranty is only for watches priced 100,000 yen or higher, covering a period of 12 months. There is no warranty for exterior parts. Also, bags, small items, and jewelry are not covered by warranty. Repairs within the warranty period are handled by our craftsmen, with an estimated delivery time of about 1 month to 1.5 months.
