**Edo Period Black Lacquered Iron Armor with 32-Line Helm and Accessories**
This is a magnificent armor set from the Edo period. The helmet features a well-crafted iron construction with 32 lined segments and is coated in black lacquer, showcasing unparalleled quality. The cut small-plate construction and dark blue lacing give it a distinguished appearance.
The armor features exquisite craftsmanship with additional elements such as iron chainmail and a fine flared skirt made from lacquered leather. The faceplate and sleeves also utilize small cut plates. Included is a rare inner lining, as well as a sturdy armor box for securing the set.
The condition is excellent overall. Photos reveal minor degradation typical with age, such as slight fabric wear, stains, loose threads, and surface scratches due to aging. However, no major damage is evident. I consider the condition to be very good. Please note, while the stand shown in the images may differ, it is included with the armor.
All images have been carefully taken to help you assess the armor's condition. Please check the accessories and overall condition in the images as well. The armor box also shows appropriate wear for its age.
