◆Heritage Item◆ Rare Authentic Samurai Helmet

1 / 1

Description

Product DescriptionThis is an authentic samurai helmet that I’m offering for sale.
It was purchased by my late father about 50 years ago for approximately 1 million yen.

It has been displayed in a room at one time, but since then it has been stored in a box.

I have no knowledge about this item, but I am passing it on as part of the estate sale.

Because this is an old item, it has a strong sense of authenticity, and it appears to be untouched compared to similar items sold online.

All items shown in the images are included, and both shin guards are present.

Please contact me if you are knowledgeable about such items.
NotesAs this is a very old item, I kindly ask for no claims or returns. Please refrain if you are sensitive, frequently late in communications, or a new member. Cancellations after the successful bid will not be accepted, so please bid carefully.

Collector Commentary

This authentic samurai helmet, dating back approximately 50 years, represents a rare opportunity for collectors of historical Japanese artifacts, particularly those who value the cultural significance of samurai armor. Its excellent condition and complete set, including shin guards, highlight careful preservation—a critical factor influencing collectibility. While similar items can occasionally be found, this piece's untouched nature and premium provenance set it apart, positioning it well within the current collector market. Given its original purchase price of around 1 million yen, this offering reflects the enduring value of early-cultural collectibles in Japan, maintaining authenticity and historical integrity.
