・Orders for items in stock at our physical store may take longer than usual for delivery.

・Items eligible for warranty are only watches priced at 100,000 yen or more, and the warranty period is 12 months.
The exterior is not covered by warranty. Moreover, bags, small accessories, and jewelry are not covered, please note.
Repairs during the warranty period will be handled by our craftsmen, and the lead time is approximately 1 to 1.5 months, please be informed before your purchase.
Also, customer returns are not accepted for any reason.
