• Due to monitor settings and other environmental factors, the color and texture of the product may appear different from the actual item.
• As the product is also sold in-store, there may be additional scratches or blemishes not noted in the photographs due to display purposes. We appreciate your understanding.
• As we also sell items in our physical stores, it may happen that products ordered after hours or on our closed days are sold out. In such cases, we may cancel your order without prior notice, and you will be informed the next business day.
• The physical store is open year-round.

• Due to sales on other sites, items may become sold out. Thank you for your understanding.

• If you order an item that is available in-store, it may take longer than usual for delivery, so please understand in advance.

• In case the item is taken out, it may take around 2 weeks for delivery.

• Only watches priced over 100,000 yen including tax are covered by warranty. The warranty period is 12 months. There is no warranty for external damage. Please note, handbags, small accessories, and jewelry are not covered by warranty.
Repairs under warranty will be handled by our craftsmen, with a turnaround of approximately 1 to 1.5 months. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Returns for customer convenience cannot be accepted, so please understand that in advance.

Due to the nature of the products, we perform an attribute verification with your credit card company to prevent fraud.

● Attribute verification is to confirm whether the information of the orderer matches the information registered with the credit card company. Note: This is not the same as card approval (authorization).

We may take about 1 to 7 business days for attribute verification, and it might delay your desired delivery date. Please understand this in advance. For urgent orders, we recommend using bank transfer, convenience store payments, or PayPay balance as your payment method.
