・If the item is being taken out, it may take about two weeks or more to deliver, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

・Warranties apply only to watches of over ¥100,000 (tax included). Warranties last for 12 months. No warranty on external appearances.
Also, bags, small items, and jewelry are not covered under warranty.
