• Please note that the color and texture of the product may differ from the actual item due to your monitor environment.
• As we also sell in our physical store, there may be scratches or dirt not mentioned or shown in the photos due to display conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
• Since we also have sales in physical stores, items ordered after our regular closing hours and on holidays may be out of stock when we check at the store.
In such cases, we may have to cancel the order without prior notice. Please note that this notification will be communicated after the next business day.

• Orders placed for items that are in stock at a physical store may take longer to deliver than usual. Please understand in advance.

• If an item is out temporarily for display during handling, delivery might take approximately 2 weeks. Please understand in advance.

• The warranty applies only to watches worth 100,000 JPY or more including tax. Warranty period is 12 months. No warranty for external condition.
Furthermore, bags, accessories, and jewelry are not covered by warranty, so please take note. Repairs within the warranty period will be handled by our artisans, and delivery will take approximately 1 to 1.5 months. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, please note that we do not accept returns for any reason on items purchased.

Due to the nature of our products, to prevent unauthorized use, if you place an order using a credit card, we will verify your information through Yahoo with your card company.

●Verification refers to the inquiry to check whether the information of the purchaser matches the information registered with the credit card company. *It is different from card authorization (authorization).

Verification may take about 1 to 7 business days, so please understand there may be instances where orders cannot be delivered on the desired date. For urgent orders, we recommend choosing bank transfer, convenience store payment, or PayPay balance for payment options.
