• The color and texture may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor and environment.
• Since we also sell in-store, the item may show scratches or dirt not shown in the photos or descriptions after being displayed.
• As we sell in our physical store, the item may go out of stock if ordered after our closing time or on our regular day off. In such cases, we may cancel your order if we are unable to fulfill it. You will be notified after the next business day.
• Our physical store is open every day of the year.

• As we also sell on other sites, the item may go out of stock. Thank you for your understanding.

• If you order an item that is in stock at the physical store, please note that it may take longer than normal for delivery.

• If the item is being taken out for display, please allow about 2 weeks for delivery, so thank you for your understanding.

• Warranty applies only to watch products over 100,000 yen including tax. The warranty period is 12 months. There is no warranty for exterior conditions. Also, bags, accessories, and jewelry are not covered by warranty, so please be aware of that. Repairs during warranty will be handled by our craftsperson, with delivery time requiring approximately 1 to 1.5 months, so please understand in advance.
• We do not accept returns for any customer convenience, so please be aware of this in advance.
