Collector Commentary
The Mega Charizard EX SAR card from the Pokémon Trading Card Game embodies the peak of Pokémon nostalgia, having been released in the Mega High-Class Pack on November 28, 2025. Charizard consistently ranks as one of the franchise's most beloved characters, driving significant collector demand, particularly for unique rarity types like SAR. While this specific card is brand new with a noted cutting defect, its provenance from Japan assures collectors of its authenticity and quality, typical of early-run Japanese products. Given the ongoing popularity of Charizard, this card remains a competitive option in the market, despite its play-use intention, making it accessible for both enthusiasts and players alike.
