Collector Commentary
The SAR Mega Dragonite ex, a standout from the Pokémon Trading Card Game's MEGA High-Class Pack, marks an exciting chapter in the franchise's evolution, reflecting the popularity surge of Mega Evolutions introduced in the X and Y series airing in 2013. This card's Limited Edition status enhances its allure among collectors, as SAR-rated cards are increasingly sought after for their artistic details and exclusivity. Produced in Japan by the reputable Pokémon Company, the card benefits from superior print quality and preservation, often commanding prices in the ¥10,000 to ¥22,500 range on the Japan market, indicating strong collector demand. Condition remains a critical factor in valuation, as even minor imperfections can significantly impact its desirability within an already competitive collector landscape.
