Collector Commentary

This set of 3D Sanrio puffed stickers featuring Kuromi and My Melody is crafted with attention to detail typical of Japan's collectible market, with these characters being iconic within the Sanrio franchise since their debut in the early 2000s. As Tamagotchi nostalgia continues to resonate with fans, these stickers, being new and in pristine condition, cater to collectors who appreciate not only their cuteness but also the limited nature of such merchandise. Genuine Sanrio products have a strong following, and while puffed stickers are often produced in significant quantities, early-run or well-preserved sets can command higher interest due to their rarity in mint condition. This auction starting at ¥1 provides an accessible entry point for collectors, amidst a market where similar sets can be listed well above their original retail prices.
