Collector Commentary
The Michael Lau x MINDstyle Gardener Jordon figure, part of the limited-edition crazysmiles series, embodies the innovative blend of urban vinyl and designer artistry that Lau is celebrated for. Released when the designer toy movement gained momentum in the early 2000s, this figure appeals strongly to collectors seeking unique pieces that reflect the intersection of fine art and pop culture. With its unopened mint condition, it stands as a rare gem, particularly in Japan, where original, well-preserved figures are highly sought after. Market prices for similar designer toys consistently indicate a growing demand in the collector community, making this an interesting piece for any dedicated enthusiast.
