## Description
This item has received the highest rating of 10+ from ARS.
At the time of listing, only 8 pieces in this grade exist in the world.
A certification is included as well.

Achieving a 10+ rating on modern cards is incredibly difficult, and it is believed to hold significantly more value than a PSA grade of 10.

The luxury and sturdiness of the case are outstanding, making it ideal for collection and storage.

More ARS-certified items are up for auction, so please check them out as well.

★ Below are the terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. ★

- Bids from new users, those with very low feedback, or those with more than 5% negative ratings may be removed.
If you have concerns about your rating, please inquire before bidding.

Only serious buyers who can securely complete the transaction should bid.

## Collector note
The Mega Rayquaza EX SAR 246/193, released during the Pokémon TCG’s XY era, highlights the franchise's evolution with its stunning special art design, resonating deeply with collectors who appreciate both nostalgia and artistry. Graded ARS 10+, this card is not only among the rarest with only eight copies worldwide, but it also significantly exceeds typical PSA 10 valuations, reflecting the high collector demand for premium, authenticated Pokémon cards. Given that ARS-certified items represent a greater investment in quality assurance, collectors are drawn to such pieces for their potential longevity and market value. Furthermore, being sourced from Japan, this card benefits from the region's historical ties to Pokémon, ensuring its authenticity and desirability in the collector community.
