## Description
Thank you very much for viewing this listing.

This is a limited edition silk screen piece by Ari Marcopoulos released in 2004.
This work features Justin Pierce, the professional skateboarder and model who became a star in the legendary film KIDS by Larry Clark and Harmony Korine, supported by brands such as Supreme, Zoo York, Independent, Venture, Sarcastic, and CK. It's a must-have for enthusiasts.
It includes an edition number and is hand-signed.

For this auction, I had it professionally framed, which cost about 35,000 yen. The framed size is approximately 71cm x 56cm, making for a striking piece.

Ari gained attention after serving as Andy Warhol’s assistant; he has since collaborated with prestigious brands like Supreme, Adidas, and Gucci, as well as artists like Jay-Z, the Beastie Boys, KRS-One, and Basquiat.

This artwork has been stored in a dedicated art storage facility without display, so I believe its condition is good.

I'm terribly sorry, but I ask for immediate payment after winning the bid, quick confirmation of receipt upon arrival, and that there be no complaints or returns.

## Collector note
Ari Marcopoulos's 2004 silk screens occupy a specific moment in contemporary photography-as-fine-art where skate culture and high art intersected; this Justin Pierce piece benefits from the photographer's documented lineage through Warhol and subsequent collaborations with Supreme and major fashion houses, establishing provenance weight. Original framed silk screens from this era see limited secondary market circulation, particularly signed and numbered editions kept in climate-controlled storage, making condition preservation a significant value factor. Pierce's cultural footprint via KIDS (1995) and his connections to Supreme's early trajectory appeal to collectors spanning fine art, skateboard culture, and 1990s pop history; Japanese domestic release and archival storage add appeal to the Japanese collector base that values Western contemporary photography.
