## Collector note
This original animation cel from *Dragon Ball GT*, a notable entry in the *Dragon Ball* franchise that aired from 1996 to 1997, captures the vibrant artistry that fans appreciate. Produced during a time when Cel production was in decline, the limited edition nature of this item enhances its desirability among collectors, especially given the enduring popularity of the series. The condition described as well-preserved is crucial, as cel condition directly impacts collectability and market value, particularly in the Japanese market where authentic, early-run items are sought after. As such, the current bid reflects a typical range for high-quality animation cels from reputable sources, underscoring the sustained demand for quality *Dragon Ball* memorabilia.
