## Collector note
This original cel from the iconic *Dragon Ball* series, a staple of anime that aired from 1986, stands out for its historical significance and visual fidelity, making it highly coveted among collectors. Produced during the peak of Toei Animation's classic era, its rarity is enhanced by the limited number of cels produced and the demand for items featuring beloved characters from this seminal franchise. Given the robust collector market for *Dragon Ball* memorabilia, this piece, especially in collectible condition, reflects authentic Japanese craftsmanship and storage, which often contributes to longer-term value retention in the Japanese market. At a current bid of ¥100,000, this cel is positioned well within typical pricing for such well-preserved animation art, appealing to serious collectors and fans alike.
