Previously, I listed under the ID "globalcoins," but I am starting fresh with this ID. My last review was 100% good feedback from 2,546 ratings. There has been no change of address.

Note: I do not accept any requests for extending payment deadlines or discounts after the auction ends.

Also, please note that I do not issue receipts or invoices as they are handled via the auction. It will be addressed with a delivery note (with registration number).

## Collector note
This commemorative stamp sheet, while exhibiting wear, represents an interesting niche within the realm of Japanese postal history and philately. Limited edition issues such as this often garner interest among collectors due to their unique cultural significance and the historical context surrounding their release. Japan-sourced items like these provide authenticity and often feature higher quality standards in production and design compared to international counterparts. Given the face value of 124,000 yen, collectors may appreciate the opportunity to acquire this piece at a lower starting bid, though the overall condition should be carefully considered, as it significantly impacts its desirability.
