## Collector note
This complete collection of PSA-graded Pokémon cards represents a significant investment for serious collectors, particularly due to the inclusion of high-demand characters like Salamence, famously limited to only 70 copies worldwide. The appeal of Japanese promo cards is heightened by their rarity and unique traits, such as swirl patterns, which are often more sought after than their English counterparts. PSA grading adds an essential layer of legitimacy and assurance of condition, vital in the collector marketplace where mint condition cards command premium prices. Given the historical significance of Pokémon since its 1996 debut in Japan, along with the ongoing popularity of its trading card game, this collection is well-positioned within the robust Japanese collectibles market.
