## Description
This cel animation art does not have waves or an acidic smell, but due to its age, there is some deterioration of the trace lines. The cel and background are affixed together. No video is available.

## Collector note
Original animation cels from Dragon Ball's TV production run command serious collector attention due to the series' massive cultural impact and the physical fragility of cel media itself. A cel paired with its original background is significantly rarer than standalone cels, as backgrounds were typically retained by studios and rarely survived with their matching cels in collector hands. Deterioration of trace lines is expected for pieces from the 1980s–90s era; the absence of wave damage and acidic degradation actually indicates relatively stable storage conditions. Provenance and episode identification are critical value drivers in the cel market, as complete production runs are scattered across Japanese studio archives and private collections.
