## Collector note
First edition unmarked glitter cards represent an early experimental print run from Pokémon's Japanese domestic market, predating standardized holographic treatments and featuring distinctive surface treatments that rarely reappear in subsequent releases. The unmarked designation indicates absence of the typical first edition stamp, suggesting prototype or limited pre-mass production inventory—a hallmark of high-tier Japanese vintage collectibles. Pairing with an original CoroCoro supplement poster adds significant provenance; these inserts were distributed only through the magazine and rarely survived intact, making complete sets exceptionally scarce. Condition heavily impacts value in this category, as glitter card surfaces are inherently fragile and deteriorate through oxidation and surface wear.
