## Collector note
The Gigantic Series Shin Godzilla Red Clear represents a peak moment in X-PLUS's early Heisei-era articulated figure line, capturing the distinctive design language of Hideaki Anno's 2016 film. Red Clear variants of Gigantic Series releases were typically limited domestic Japan runs, making unopened examples increasingly difficult to source as secondary market stock depletes; the transparent injection molding showcases sculpt detail while presenting preservation challenges collectors actively monitor. X-PLUS's QC on clear plastics from this production window is documented as variable, making factory-sealed condition a meaningful premium over opened examples. This figure's value trajectory reflects both Shin Godzilla's enduring collector following and the scarcity mechanics of early-2010s Japanese vinyl/PVC specialty releases.
