## Collector note
Game-worn Ohtani memorabilia from his 2020 Angels season represents a convergence point for baseball and anime/JP pop culture collectors—Ohtani's cultural significance in Japan commands premium pricing in the domestic market. PSA/DNA authentication is essential for signature value on athletic wear, and Descente custom-cut undershirts used in active play are inherently scarce, with minimal reissue potential since they're one-off game pieces rather than production merchandise. The 2020 season timing (pre-mega-contract era) and silver metallic autograph durability are key condition considerations; storage wear on game-used textiles typically tracks predictably, though undershirts suffer faster degradation than outer jerseys due to material exposure and repeated washing protocols during season.
