Extremely rare! It appears as a brand new specimen among PSA10 cards without any whitening.

I hope you will treasure it in your collection.

## Collector note
The Gyarados Playing Pikachu promo (151/XY-P) represents a scarce mid-generation Japanese exclusive that saw extremely limited domestic distribution through special box releases. PSA 10 examples are particularly sought after in the Japanese collector market because the card's holographic finish and edge quality make achieving gem-mint grades difficult; most copies show minor wear from handling or storage. This specific promo never received wide reprint cycles and remains inaccessible through standard set releases, making certified high-grade Japanese market copies considerably more expensive than comparable English-region promos from the XY era.
