## Description
Kamex (First Edition) PMCG First Series Starter Pack
Brand: Pokémon Card Game
Release Date: 1996/10/20
Package: Single Card
Language: Japanese

This is a Kamex from the old backing and first edition, graded PSA 10. The PSA case is an older version due to the time of acquisition, which adds a vintage appeal to this collectible.

## Collector note
This PSA 10 graded Kamex (Blastoise) card from Pokémon's inaugural 1996 release exemplifies the enduring appeal of early Pokémon collectibles, particularly those from the First Edition series. Known for its nostalgic significance, Kamex is one of the franchise's iconic characters, widely sought after by collectors who value its historical context and rarity. The card's vintage PSA case adds an extra layer of authenticity, catering to collectors who appreciate the preservation of early Japanese editions. Pricing in the current market, particularly at ¥1,750,000, reflects the card's scarcity and the increasing demand for high-grade collectibles from the early days of the Pokémon phenomenon.
