## Collector note
This 376-piece bulk lot represents a rare window into Japan's 1990s–2000s corporate collaboration merchandise ecosystem, where Hello Kitty was deployed across blood donation drives, regional tourism, and institutional partnerships (JRA, UCC, Red Cross). The Nurse Kitty and Local Kitty variants are particularly scarce in consolidated volume—these regional/campaign-specific iterations typically had tight production runs and were never widely re-issued. Condition is excellent (unused, vintage deadstock), but the mixed provenance and accumulated storage means individual items may show fading or packaging degradation; bulk lots like this typically appeal to dealers and deep-collection builders rather than single-item hunters, since authenticity and completeness across such volume requires expert vetting.
