## Collector note
This Pikachu ex SAR card from the Pokémon Trading Card Game, graded PSA 9, is a notable collectible from a franchise that has captivated audiences since its debut in 1996. As part of the limited promotional series, its rarity and iconic status contribute to strong collector demand, particularly among fans of the "Pokémon TCG." Given the ongoing popularity of Pikachu as a mascot, this card remains highly sought after, especially in Japan where the authenticity and preservation of cards, like this one, tend to be superior due to better storage practices. Collectors should be mindful of minor imperfections noted in the condition report, which can affect value despite the high PSA rating.
