## Description
**Special Offer!**
Norman Rockwell / Circus (Signed Lithograph, Shipping Included!)
Due to being displayed in an Italian restaurant, there are some discolorations from aging. This piece is an early black and white work from the era. The frame size is 860mm x 725mm.

This artwork is a piece that was created before the artist's passing. The signature is indeed handwritten. Many listings of prints claim to have personal signatures, but those are printed signatures. The original purchase price was around $7,000.00.

Prices abroad are increasing significantly.

There is some discoloration near the matting, but if you adjust the cut inside by about 15mm, the discolored area can be covered.

Please note that shipping and handling costs will amount to approximately ¥30,000 (to be covered by us). Thank you!

## Collector note
Norman Rockwell signed lithographs from his early black and white series command serious collector attention, particularly pieces with authentic handwritten signatures rather than printed facsimiles—a critical distinction that materially affects value. This work's provenance as a pre-matting-era piece, combined with legitimate hand-signature authentication, positions it within a relatively constrained supply of genuine signed Rockwell prints in circulation. Condition concerns (discoloration from display environment) are typical for vintage framed works of this era and age-appropriate; the noted workaround (matting adjustment) is a standard conservation approach that doesn't diminish collector legitimacy. Japanese domestic market pricing for authenticated Rockwell signatures has tracked upward in recent years, reflecting both increased Asian collector interest and the scarcity of verifiable early signatures in good condition.
