## Collector note
Kiyoshi Mizutani's "Mount Fuji of Ohito" is a rare gem from the Showa era that encapsulates the artistic style and cultural significance of post-war Japan. As an unpublished work, its uniqueness is accentuated by the meticulous detail and hand-signature, which are aspects highly valued among collectors of fine Japanese art. The negotiation price reflects a keen awareness of the current market for rare artworks, particularly those associated with prominent artists from the Gifu region. Given Mizutani's lesser-known status, this piece presents a significant opportunity for collectors to own a distinctive work that may not reappear in the market.
