## Collector note
SP-B001 from Dragon Ball's Explosive Impact set represents a critical window in Japanese TCG production when Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta alt-art variants commanded premium pricing due to limited print allocation and character popularity. PSA 10 grades on early Dragon Ball Super Card Game releases are exceptionally difficult to achieve—centering, print registration, and cardstock consistency issues plague even high-end domestic stock. This particular graded example in perfect condition captures value from both the character's rarity in SSJ3 form and the scarcity of flawless specimens; the Japanese market has shown sustained demand for Vegeta-centric cards at PSA 10, particularly from the Explosive Impact era when production runs were tighter than later reprints.
