## Collector note
Snow Bros on Megadrive is a notably scarce cartridge release, particularly in complete condition with original packaging and documentation intact. The Megadrive library outside Japan saw limited third-party support, making domestic Japanese releases of arcade ports like this increasingly difficult to source as collector demand for 16-bit shmups and action games intensifies. Storage in controlled moisture conditions is critical for cartridge longevity—oxidation and label degradation are common failure points—making the seller's preservation method a significant factor in long-term value retention. Completeness (box, manual, all inserts) commands substantial premiums in the Japanese retro market, where original packaging documentation is far more valued than Western equivalents.
