## Description
This is a relic card of Shohei Ohtani, featuring a jersey he actually wore.
It is from his rookie period, and the photo shows him wearing a rare uniform, making it quite valuable.
("SHOW TIME" is written on the back)

This is number 40 out of 49 series.
I am listing this item for my collection organization.

Please check the photos for the condition of the card. Since it has been stored at home, I kindly ask that sensitive buyers refrain from purchasing.
Also, because this is a delicate card, please refrain from returns.

Due to work commitments, it may take about a week to ship.
Please bid only if you can contact me within 24 hours of purchase and make payment within 2 days.

Thank you very much.

Added a photo regarding the hologram seal's content.
It is confirmed that this was worn by Shohei Ohtani during the Astros vs Angels game (August 25-26, 2018).

## Collector note
This 2018 Topps NOW PWR-1A jersey relic captures Ohtani's rookie season at a critical moment—authenticated game-worn from his Angels period before his Astros trade, making it historically significant for his career arc. The #40/49 print run reflects Topps NOW's limited production model; early Ohtani relics from his MLB debut year command premium pricing due to both rookie-card status and the finite Jersey relic subset. Condition and provenance documentation (game-worn verification) are critical value drivers in high-end modern sports cards; domestic Japanese sales often move these pieces before they reach broader PSA/BGS grading markets, affecting secondary market availability and pricing transparency.
