## Collector note
This eclectic lot of 101 silver coins from the Showa Era features notable designs like the Phoenix and Rice Ear, alongside commemorative coins from the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, reflecting Japan's rich numismatic history. Collectors often seek out these coins not only for their silver content but also for their artistic designs and historical significance, especially the Olympic coins which mark a pivotal moment in Japan's post-war revival. The coins show signs of age-related wear, typical for vintage pieces, which can affect their desirability; however, the variety and volume in this collection may attract both seasoned collectors and those new to numismatics. Bidding begins at ¥1, making it an accessible entry point for collectors looking to own a piece of Japan's past.
