## Collector note
This unopened starter pack of Pokémon cards hails from the pivotal 1996 release of the Pokémon Trading Card Game and represents the sought-after 5-digit postal code era, making it particularly appealing to dedicated collectors of early Pokémon memorabilia. The rarity of first edition cards from this time has fostered significant demand, especially given that many collectors prioritize condition and authenticity. As a product of the Japanese market, this pack benefits from superior preservation standards that are often lacking in later reissues, enhancing its value in today's collector landscape. Minor signs of age on the packaging are expected for items of this vintage, but collectors remain keen on securing such original pieces from the formative years of the franchise.
